    Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to Atylus and request:

    • Whether your personal data is processed,
    • Information on processing activities,
    • The purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
    • Third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
    • Correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
    • Deletion or destruction of data under legal conditions,
    • Notification of such actions to third parties,
    • Objection to outcomes generated exclusively by automated systems,
    • Compensation in case of unlawful processing causing damage.
